I am fully committed to adhering to professional ethics and guidelines designated by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). All information disclosed in coaching sessions is confidential between coach and client. Exceptions to confidentiality include intent to seriously harm yourself or others or instances of child abuse.
As a practicing coach, I meet with a Coaching Supervisor regularly to discuss my coaching practice. This ensures my practice aligns with the code of professional practice set out in the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and ICF code of ethics. While I may describe my interventions or approach, I will not disclose your name or the content of our discussions.
