Appointments for coaching sessions can be booked through our website using Acuity Scheduling.

3.2 Payment:
Payments for coaching sessions are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. Payment is required at the time of booking.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Payment must be received before any coaching can begin and there is no entitlement to any refund.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. Exceptions to confidentiality include intent to harm oneself or others, or instances of child abuse.
